Depressing. I had the 18-140 for my D5500, and the 14-140 with my GX8. I thought this was such a sweet zoom range for my type of photography. I was therefore hoping that maybe the NX500 coupled with an adaptor could be kitted out with such a lens from another manufacturer. Never mind. But thanks to you guys for taking the trouble to respond.
Warmest regards
Keith
Why don't you try the 18-200 then? It isnequallu wide to the aforementioned lenses and a lot more tele. The AF is super fast and it has good to great stabilization.
The option is there, you just have to try it. Maybe you can see if anyone near you has one to do a little test.
My opinion about the NXxxx series bodies is that they are more appropriate to smaller and/or pancake lenses, the 18-200 isn't that big for the range, but certainly isn't a 16-50PZ or an 18-55, and not at all a 10/16/20/30 pancake.
I'd agree here, I really like my 18-200mm,it's so versatile and great for video as has really good stabilisation and auto focus.
