DX User Tempted by D600

I have a Nikon D3300 with 18-55 AF-P and 50mm 1.8G, also have Sony RX100 1 & 3. I'm a hobbyist not a professional, like portraits and landscapes and have Lightroom 5.7.

I've toyed at times with getting a D7200 or D7500 but haven't. I also have at times toyed with a D600 as it's cheap and if you're going to get a D7000 body style might as well go full frame.

I have found a local bargain for less than 700 I can get a D600 that's said to be oil issue free, an AF-D kit lens and the portrait grip. It's tempting. The thing is I'm not sure if that's wise in terms of oil on the sensor but also now the 50mm perhaps would be less useful in terms of reach for portraits so I'd end up getting an 85mm and it quickly becoming a more expensive proposition. Maybe it's just the idea of it being full frame, maybe the larger viewfinder etc? I know I'd appreciate the better controls.

Thoughts?
