I am getting a bit deeper into fashion photography thus an interesting topic has emerged - how to get the best shots of fashion shows where people - models - move all the time, lighting conditions are changing almost instantly due to special effects and there is no time to think about, hmm, should I use these settings or that settings because by the time you figure out a right decision, a model is gone.
By the fashion show, I mean a classic catwalk photography.
I am looking for some people who have experience with fashion shows photography to share their experience related to:
- which lenses to use
- which focus settings should be tried
- how to deal with different lighting conditions
- any good tips
I am an old school Nikon guy using D750 as a main camera.
Many thanks to all who reply, I believe this forum has very talented photographers who help others to improve. Cheers guys!
