A long lens for an Olympus Pen F?

I am toying with the idea of building a lightweight kit around an Olympus Pen F. The core lens would be the 60mm f/2.8 macro- garden and plant macro is one of my core interests and when I tried this lens, even in the store, I was charmed by how small and light the combination  was compared to my Pentax KP/100mm f/2.8.

To make the hypothetical Pen-F more generally useful, I was thinking of adding the Panasonic 20mm f/1.7, which could be tossed in any bag to make the mini macro into a walkaround camera.

And then I was at the zoo last week, swinging around my K-5iis with the 55-300mm, and I started wondering if there was a fairly compact "zoo lens" telephoto zoom option that would work well with this camera.  Any recommendations?
