Autofocus tracking photographer's eye?

What would you think of a function to position the active autofocus point simply by looking at the intended spot through the viewfinder?

This would require to track the photographer's pupil as she/he looks through the viewfinder. The autofocus point would then be placed where she/he is looking at. That would be much quicker than a joystick or touchscreen. To avoid unintended movement of the focus point, this should be ON-OFF controlled via a dedicated button, similar to back-button focus.

What do you think about your camera looking at you while you look through the viewfinder?
