A6500 with Tokina 11-20 ATX Pro via MC-11 - my experience
4

Some time ago I was asking you about the proer UWA for A6500. Native 10-18F4 and Zeiss 12F2.8 as well as non-system Tokina 11-20 (11-16) F2.8 and Canon STM 10-18 were available. I decided on Tokina, although Zeiss 12F2.8 still tempts me. I am after the first demanding session with Tokina. Work against the sun, fast AF-C, sharpness. I think that for a non-system lens, which must go through the MC-11, Tokina 11-20 is a revelation. Of course, AF does not have all the options, but it does not bother me at all. It's important that Hi + AF-C does not get lost like in LA-EA3. More photos by Tokina 11-20 at https://justimpress.me/2018/09/16/young-at-heart-andrespol-skate-park-2018/

I was close to buy Zeiss 12F2.8 with upgraded AF firmware to 2.0. Tokina won with 1 mm more and 300 USD less, but I did not say my last word about Zeiss 12F2.8
