Welcome to the forum!

I have too many bags. One thing I've done helps me transfer stuff from bag to bag easily, ensuring I haven't left stuff behind.

Silly suggestion? Maxpedition sells organizers. I'm sure their competitors do too. These can attach outside the pack if so equipped, or be stuffed inside. They aren't pretty. They won't allow you to separate and protect your filters, so they may not be good for you.

Thank you, I totally agree, I have a few maxped bags and often use them in the field, my jumbo versipack is my quick walk around camera bag (not that it’s a camera bag) for just walking and shooting. I did most of Rome on foot with this bag during cold and rain, without attracting any attention, especially at night in “off the beaten path” areas.

I work on construction sites. I have a jumbo versipack too.  It lets me carry my cameras everywhere.  I love that feature.

Thanks for talking about your  Rome trip.  Good reason to own this bag.
