Bought Nikon 18-140, selling Sigma 17-50...am I crazy?

I just bought the Nikon 18-140 for my D7000 and will sell the Sigma 17-50 and 55-200 combo I have. After a few years with the Sigma I realized I need more reach rather than the fast aperture for my "always on" lens. The Sigma is a terrific lens, very sharp, awesome build, works great, easy 5 stars from me... but I missed my 18-105.

Am I crazy? I mean, the Sigma was an upgrade from 18-105 in image quality and every other way, except the range. I hope 18-140 will not be too bad where it's too much of a compromise in IQ, especially since I am still rocking the D7000 I also have the 35 f/1.8 for low light.

So... am I? Crazy?
