One is in physically better condition (no scuffs, only very minor signs of wear) but has over 60k shutter actuations. The other is more visibly worn (more scuff marks, used hot shoe, worn grip), but has fewer than 10k actuations.

Welcome to the forum!

The #1 cause of failure has historically been the shutter. Of course that doesn't mean something else can't go wrong...

Do you anticipate adding to the physical wear and tear much?  Will the more worn body still physically hold up?
