Mirrorless Cameras Feel Toylike
5

Just picked up and used an upper end (Sony) mirrorless camera for the very first time.  It felt very “toylike” to me.  It was smaller, thinner, lighter and much less substantial than the Nikon DSLR cameras that I have owned and used (i.e., D810, D850).  I can see why the major manufactures are moving to mirrorless — likely much Cheaper to produce.   Wonder if they will charge us less?   I just was not particularly impressed by my initial experience with mirrorless.  If I am paying a lot of money for a product, I want it to feel like a solid, substantial, quality item.  I did not get that impression with this camera.  Thoughts?

Nikon D810
