Hi Wayne, thanks...yes, I have to admit to the M having more than good enough IQ, and I did most of my shooting with the original M, though I took the M3 to Mexico. This is all to say that I hat enough experience with the system...to answer your question, i am reposting a my post on another thread to the same effect. I am a sucker for glass, so naturally the place to be is EF. Cheers...

I've gone back to a 6D...

Sensor is better

Ergonomics is better

Speed is better

Viewfinder is better

Battery life is better

Glass is better

Granted, the rig weighs 1.6kg. and costs $2,600.

You still get what you pay for - no free lunch.

Video? I carry a GoPro Hero6 with 4K or 120fps
