When Live View with 10x Magnification isn't enough to check focus

I'm looking to replicate my 5D Mark IV's output to a larger screen so I can make sure of focus.

I've found with some of my photography (particularly landscapes with my tilt shift lens) 10x magnification in live view isn't quite enough to see if distant objects are in focus, and with macro, not having a tilty flippy screen can mean I don't put the camera in places that might suit better

Connecting wirelessly via the Canon Camera connect app is simply useless, I can't even magnify the screen and most of it is taken up with icons and bands, which on a phone means the actual viewing are is smaller than the screen on the my phone!

What do you people do?

It'd be mostly tripod stuff, so I'm thinking some soft of external screen somehow attached to the camera/tripod that moves with it.
