At the risk of repeating the same point, your dream is not realistic.

I assume now that my size guess turned out to be right on the money and then you lectured me on how wrong I was, you're going to point that out. Right?

Quoting myself...

"...the soon-to-be-released 32/1.4STM will be a key event. If this lens delivers stellar IQ in a reasonable package we have something to build on (remember that this has to be bigger by quite a bit than any other EFM prime right now available, hopefully somewhere between the size of the FF 35/2IS and the 50/1.4 ..."

Now I'm just looking for where to pre-order. I had all of the fast Fuji's in your list (nice lenses, just didn't bond with the system). I'll really be happy with just one fast lens (I'll carry a FF with L lenses if I want more).

Please go look at the Fuji X-Mount line of lenses. The X-Mount is a mirrorless APSC only mount, and all the lenses are optimized for the mirrorless APSC size. Since Fuji doesn't have any full frame cameras to sell the lenses for, they have no reason to limit the selection.

The lineup consists of 24 lenses, some of which have max apertures as low as 56mm f/1.2. They even have a great standard zoom 16-55 constant f/2.8 that is awesome.

Here's the point... that awesome 16-55 f/2.8 is almost the exact same size and weight as Canon's aging 17-55 F/2.8 EF-S lens. Which is not small or light.

Mirrorless does not equal small & light, except in cases where the lens would be small and light anyway (ie EF-S 24mm f/2.8 is a pancake just like the EF-M 22mm F/2)

As an M50 owner myself, It would be a dream come true if Canon decided that they would match EF-M with Fuji X-Mount lens-for-lens. I think everyone in this forum would jump for joy. But here are the actual weights of the lenses (sorted by weight:

27mm f/2.8 (78g)
18mm f/2 (116g)
35mm f/2 (170g)
23mm f/2 (180g)
35mm f/1.4 (187g)
16-50mm f/3.5-5.6 (195g)
50mm f/2 (200g)
60mm f/2.4 (215g)
14mm f/2.8 (235g)
23mm f/1.4 (300g)
18-55mm f/2.8-4 (310g)
16mm f/1.4 (375g)
50-230mm f/4.5-6.7 (375g)
56mm f/1.2 (405g)
10-24mm f/4 (410g)
18-135mm f/3.5-5.6 (490g)
90mm f/2 (540g)
55-200mm f/3.5-4.8 (580g)
16-55mm f/2.8 (655g)
80mm f/2.8 (750g)
50-140mm f/2.8 (995g)
100-400mm f/4.5-5.6 (1375g)

Notice in particular the difference in weight between the 18mm f2 and 16mm f1.4? It weighs fore than 4 times as much. Same for the difference between the 27mm f2.8 and the 23mm f1.4.

The bottom line is that 1 full stop of aperture lets in double the amount of light. You absolutely can't do that without more glass (elements/groups). The lens has to get bigger as it gets better. And of course more expensive as well. Many of those lenses above cost over $1000.
