What Distinguishes a 'Cine' Lens?

Other than price?

I know that they use T-stops, and I understand why, and, from the pictures I see, the information/settings on the barrels is more complete, although I don't understand why that is the case.

But does the (generally) much higher price mean more robust construction, better QC, better IQ, more consistent color rendering across various lenses, just much more limited production runs, or what?
