Can my system be upgraded?

I want to run Topaz A.I. Gigapixel  which requires a hefty GPU.  My Puget Systems machine has served me well, but it only has a low end video card.  My system (from 10/2011) has

Asus P8Z68-V Pro motherboard
i7 2600K 3.4 GHz quad core 8 MB 95W
16 gig RAM
ASUS Geforce GT 430 1GB video card
PCI-Express Serial/parallel card
PCI-E USB 3.0 card (the motherboard USB 3.0 is a bit flaky.  Puget supplied the card after I complained about MB USB 3.0 problems.)
Seasonic X-560 (SS-560KM active PFC F3) power supply (560W, I think)
2 SSDs, 3 WD 3 TB green spinners, and a DVD drive.

A nice Lian-Li 1 (I think) case.  It has three 120mm case fans and a 4th 120mm fan on the CPU hint sink.

It runs Win 7 Pro and I was planning on replacing it next year.  But I'd like to try A.I. Gigapixel now and I can't without upgrading the video card.   I'm semi-technical in that I have built systems in the past (and replaced a bunch of power supplies) but I'm not up to speed on modern systems.  Especially high powered video cards.

Thoughts?

TIA.

Wayne
