Can I use Godox flash with SB-700 either as master or slave?

I have two Nikon flashes- SB-400 which I use when traveling, and SB-700 that I use when taking pictures indoors (family gatherings, etc).

While SB-400 is very easy to carry and does decent job as a fill-in flash, sometimes I wish I had something more powerful with a swivel head.

I often use SB-700 as a slave, using a built-in flash to trigger the SB-700.

I have considered getting another compact flash like Nissin i40 or Metz M400 but could not justify the cost- photography is my hobby.

I just saw the Godox tt350N flash that seems to be compact enough to carry when on vacations and also can be used as a second flash indoors.

It is also cheap comparing to Metz and Nissin.

However, I can't figure out if I could use it as a master instead of the built-in flash to control SB-700.

Alternatively, can SB-700 be used as a master to trigger the Godox flash being used as a slave?

Thanks a lot for your help.
