Tough choice... but I say add the Xf10. Taking the adapter on and off is inconvenient in my opinion.
Thanks.
I was thinking the same re: adapter being a PIA changing lens when sightseeing (walking).

Get the XF10. I've been using my Fuji with prime on my shoulder and the GR II in my pocket for several years. Having another lens in your pants pocket that happens to have a great camera attatched is liberating.

Thanks.
I’m strongly leaning towards getting the XF10. Advantage is second camera with fixed wide angle lens. It’s compact and will fit in my cargo pants. Same color and menu settings as my X100F.

Is it that much of a problem/struggle to put on and take off the WCL lens, enough to buy another camera to walk around with? Just curious.
For some people...yes. Once you take off the adapter... the photo could be gone.
Then what’s the difference with an ILC camera, you could also miss the shot while changing lenses. If you have two cameras then you could miss the shot while grabbing one camera and putting the other one down.
I can pull the GR out of my pocket, turn it on and shoot with one hand. I can't safely juggle 2 expensive primes nearly as quickly. Plus, I'm lazy.
