Possible new Fujifilm strategy re: sensors?

Latest rumors has the X-T3 getting a stacked BSI sensor - a rather specialized sensor that trades DR range for readout speed. Rumor also has the camera being introduced at a lower price that the previous launch price.

Do people see Fujifilm rolling out such a specialized sensor across their entire range of cameras? Or will another sensor be used for the other models now?

X-Pro3, X-E4, X-T-30, etc

Stacked BSI was an expensive sensor to make - did Sony make a breakthru in manufacturing to lower the costs or did a new FAB master the Stacked BSI processes at a lower costs?
