LOL, good point Arg.

Recognition is beyond the control of anyone other than the recognizers.   Discovery also depends on needs and given bell curve distribution there were probably already adequate older wise(r?) people in place while these younger wise men were still acquiring the necessary experience to become mature enough to offer guidance.

All that said keep in mind I was speaking anecdotally with a sample size of 3.
