Light in full frame vs APS

I’m a bit new to this - but researching the internet and forums - i understand ( a bit ..;-))) about DOF and how that is impacted by FF vs APS.

I have another question:

supposen I’m indoor, and i have a 50mm 1.8 lens attached to my Canon 1100D. At 400ISO and 1.8  it suggests me a 1/250 shuttet speed.

If i put that same lens on my 6D ii, and move forward 1.6xcloser to my subject, will it suggest me a 1/125 shutter speed ? ( keeping 400 iso / 1.8 )

Due to bigger sensor i should have 2x as much light? Or do i miss something ?
