Stumped by seascape

I am looking for some technical advice how best to deal with seascapes in which blue dominates. I do not seem to get them right. Either the blue is too blue or everything pales when I try to remove some of it. Setting the white balance also does not seem to do it for me. And finally the green never looks the way it should (too dark and mushy).

I use LR and shoot raw.

Here is an example (JPEG of RAW not edited). The raw file can be found here: https://cp.sync.com/dl/afb8abec0#3htn8m7g-pecypasv-jau59eju-t4tg94ej

This is what I ended up with, but the greens are terrible.

Any advice would be much appreciated.
