Shooting dinosaurs with the Samyang 12mm f2.0!

Just a few quick shots indoors using a Samyang 12mm f/2.0 NCS CS shot at f2.8 to give an idea how this lens performs at that aperture.  I did not use f2.0 because I don’t like the soft edges wide open, however stopping down to f2.8 improves the edges to an acceptable level, IMO.

All images are straight out of camera JPEGs with no in camera lens corrections and no post processing done. Manual focusing was very easy and quick using the focus aid in the Fujifilm X-T10. Judge for yourself if this lens is worth $300. Despite some shortcomings, I think it is.
