Poor colors with 5D mk3

Hi every one.

I try to deal with my canon 5D mk3 camera colors and after year of struggling with this camera I don't know what to do.
So here there are two photos. Both are taken with Canon 5D mark 3. First one of them is not from my camera, but from other Photographer. As you can see there is a huge difference in color saturation between both of photos. Can someone tell me why? I know my photo was taken in other light condition, a bit diffrent camera exposure setings, but why so huge differences. My colors are washed out somewhere.

I've got plenty of photos that I can't post process properly because the color grading of these photos is very poor and there is nothing I can do with that.
I think this is some issue of mine 5D mk3 or tone range of this model.
The RAW image of other photographer is almost ready for use without any post processing or a small effort needed. With my photos I always have to work an houres and houres.

So for exemple these are naked RAW files processed with capture one to jpg files.

Other Photographer: https://www.dropbox.com/s/ojfb2t8axmbzn7o/_RFW7650_one_raw.jpg?dl=0

Model Canon EOS 5D Mark III
Shutter Speed 1/4000 s
F-Number f/2
ISO ISO 100
Exposure Bias Value -0.33 eV
Metering Mode Pattern
Flash Off, Did not fire
Focal Length 50 mm
Lens Model Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 STM

And my photoshoot: https://www.dropbox.com/s/7fj3hul0mdf9jsg/3T9A9662_one_raw.jpg?dl=0

Model Canon EOS 5D Mark III
Shutter Speed 1/400 s
F-Number f/2.8
ISO ISO 100
Exposure Bias Value 0.00 eV
Metering Mode Pattern
Flash Off, Did not fire
Focal Length 50 mm
Lens Model Sigma 50mm F1.4 DG HSM Art (Canon EF)

There was also on the left side of the model white light reflecting surface.

Finally my photo retouched a bit more with capture one. You can see that the colors are back but I'm not satisfied fully with that.

Somebody can say any opinion about that?
I will appreciated any help.
