I have finally made the right choice for me and did what I should have done before I sold my second X100T. Since my last post six months ago, I sold my X-T2, X-E2, and all of my lenses. Then I went out and got an X100F with a WCL-X100 II. I probably should have waited on the WCL because other that a couple of test shots to verify it worked, I have not used the WCL.
It's been two months with the X100F as my only camera, besides my rarely used iPhone, and I have zero regrets.
Good for you - this is awesome! I am tempted to just keep my X100F sometimes. When I'm traveling the X-E2 + any lenses stay in the hotel room mostly and I take maybe 5% of my pictures with it. The X100F goes with me 50-75% of the time and my Pixel 2 100% of the time. For video, I don't even bother with the Fujis. It will take a lot for me to get rid of my X100F (unless I was upgrading to new model in the future). At the same time I love the 35mmF1.4 lens and don't see myself selling it. Everything else, I don't need. So for now I will sell the 14mm and hold on to my cheap but great manual Minolta lens for occasional portraits as a 2nd option to the 35mm.
