Minimum shutter speed (when using fully electronic shutter)... but it has pretty much been answered already. It looks like the slowest possible electronic shutter speed with most modern Panasonic cameras is 1 second, which is an acceptable value for daytime time lapses.

There are other options though like the OM-D E-M1 Mark II where it looks like shutter speed can be anything from 60 seconds to 1/32000th of a second even when using the electronic shutter.
