Cone InkThrift

Forgot I had an account here already, so if you see another thread on the same topic ignore it.

I just acquired an Epson large format printer recently.  I'm thinking of switching out the OEM inks because I have another printer using that now.

I would like to use this printer mainly for canvas printing.  Has anyone tried Cone's InkThrift dye inks on canvas?

I know Jon says these inks have a longevity of about 30 years.  I would be happy getting 10 - 15 years on the canvases.  I don't need 100+ years.  I mean really, who is going to have my (or any) canvas prints still hanging 100+ years from now?  I don't keep things on my wall longer than a few years.

Anyway, switching to these inks makes financial sense to me.  Pigments, especially OEM are very expensive where I live.  So if I could get 10+ years I'd be happy.  Maybe even coating them would help.

Anybody use these on canvas?
