But I get heartily sick of people spreading false information and backing it up with pseudo-science, because they have an agenda. Lots of people use Adobe already, and are being told that you can't get good images from Xtrans using it.

I can't find a place in this thread that says anything like that.

Maybe a moderator deleted it, but I don't think so.

This post is probably onto something important, but nobody has responded directly to it.


The Markesteijn algorithm, which does vertical, horizontal, and two diagonal interpolations, seems to smooth out the X-Trans colors better than other algorithms. (Why is this called 3 pass, when it seems like 4?)
