Tripod recommendation

I'm an occasional and travel photographer. I have Nikon D5300 and the lenses I have are Nikkor 18- 55, Tamron 16- 300, Sigma 18- 35 1.8 and Nikkor Micro 105 2.8 and Raynox DCR 250. I have an old analog day flashgun (Hitacon 928). Though it is half- broken, surprisingly it works with my D5300; whatever. And I have a Meike MK- 14EXT. So, total gear weight will not exceed 2 kg. But taking occasional hand weight/ pressure into consideration what tripod should I buy which should be lightweight and extremely stable? And also, it should not be very costly either.

Generally I shoot landscapes at hilly terrains. Also I love macros (so I'll need quite low reach). And I'll need good stability as I like long shots at night.

I have my eyes on Vanguard Alta Pro 263AB and 283CT.

I really know nothing about this stuff. So, suggest me a tripod. Thanks.
