Any good software for viewing MFA value in EXIF data?

Just wondering if anyone knows of a good Exif data viewer that displays the micro focus adjustment value applied for the lens used to an image.

I've looked at Jeffrey’s “Metadata Viewer” Lightroom Plugin and that can do it, but it's awkward to work with and I'd like to check the mfa values for CR2 files on my drive without having to first import them into LR.

Thanks,
Peter
