The forgotten 18.5mm...

OK, I know it's not really forgotten but I really don't use it as much as I should. I bought it years ago as it was the fastest lens option for the system, until the expensive 32mm came out. added to that is I was never really fond of the 50mm focal length on 35mm film cameras. The 50-58mm was the "kit lens" of the 35mm film era. What is nice about our 18.5 is that it focuses fairly close and is a surprisingly good flower and butterfly lens as well as a low light lens. I need to remember it's in the bag.

Three from this morning:

A "volunteer" Pink Stargazer Lily plant that showed up 50 feet from any other Lilies in the garden

Our sweet rescue "Poppy", a mini Bull Terrier-Dachshund mix.

Mighty O'Rio, it's hard to get a good exposure of a B&W dog in good sunlight!
