Olympus OMD EM-10 Mark II - Purchase Questions

Hi all,

Ok, local camera shop is clearing out the stock of Olympus' previous model.

I was thinking of picking one up as an additional body to have along with my DSLR (D500) for lighter weight, portability and better for travelling.

Just a few questions:

1. What is the highest ISO setting that can be used to still deliver spectacular image quality?

2. How is the image quality in general being that it's still at 16MP, which is ample still, but I would like to print my photos at 13x19".

3. Is the 'kit' lens 14-42mm any good in terms of IQ or is it pretty much inferior?

4. I was offered the Panasonic LUMIX G VARIO 12-32 mm F3.5-5.6 in placement of the kit lens for a nominal price - thoughts on this lens?

5. M.Zuiko Digital ED 40-150mm f/4-5.6 R for $100 additional - is this a worthwhile investment?

Thanks
