Graduated Sky Blue filters: Anyone use them?

Talking about GND filters with a sky blue tint, instead of gray.  Singh Ray doesn't appear to make any, but Lee does: https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1153612-REG/lee_filters_sw150sb1gs_150_x_150mm_soft_edge.html

Background: Sony has 2 apps (Digital Filter & Sky Blue) that extend the functionality of their alpha series cameras (e.g. a6300), by applying blue-tinted GND filter to .JPG & raw files..  At first I thought it was a GND filter, but blue is definitely added.

Have regular GND filters & CPOLs for most lenses, except the Nikon 14-24 (no CPOL), and wondering if these sky blue filters would help?

Lesson learned from GND filters --> much better to under apply, then overdue it.  And the idea of using a filter to apply color makes me squeamish.
