The cheapest native long reach is probably a Tokina 300mm F6.3 reflex lens (manual lens, but has EXIF). Then next up the Olympus 75-300mm f/4.8-6.7 (on sale $400). Then front mount teleconverter to extend even more (see thread below).

Otherwise you probably need to adapt manual lenses from other formats or use a mirror or refractor lens.
