BBC: The creeping "renter's economy."

This came up as a result here mostly because of Adobe's decision to stop selling PS and start renting it as the service. But it's spread. The average young person cannot afford to buy property in any prosperous big city (30 years ago, 63% of people owned their homes, eventually) and we seem to be shifting more towards a "do more, own less" economy. I wonder if cameras will all become rentals?! Bikes are going that way.
