Looking for a better photo browsing program

At the moment I'm using Windows Photo Gallery 2012 to view jpg photos.

The problem I have when browsing my camera photos is when wanting to move a photo I like to a specific folder (Such as a folder called 'Best Photos'. Using Windows Photo Gallery I need to note the filename of the file I want to move then exit Windows Photo Gallery and drag or 'cut and past' the photo to the folder called 'Best Photos'.

Is there a better program then using Windows Photo Gallery for moving or copying photos to a specific folder without having to leave the photo browsing program. It would be nice to be able to press a key on the keyboard while looking at the photo so the photo is copied (or moved) to the new location then press a button to look at the next photo. The program would need to have settings to allow me to tell the program the location and name of the folder I want to copy or move photo files to.,

Does anyone know of software (for Windows...maybe freeware) that can do this?

Brian
