I’m on my flight back from Canadian Rockies, and against most advice, went with primes only. Most used were 28mm 1.4E and 105mm 1.4E for family photos and landscape (on D850), and 300mm PF for whales and bears (on D500). Also used 58mm f1.4 a few times. If I were in your situation, for 2 prime set, I could live happily with 28 + 105 combo. If a 3rd lens was allowed, the 300mm PF would be the one. Enjoy your trip !

The Canadian Rockies (I think you were in Banff/Jasper?) are quite different from Lofoten in terms of the topography. But glad to hear you had a good time.
