Mirrorless smaller and likely will heat up to ambient faster

EVF versus OVF means electronics and battery drain active causing more internal heat up.

I can see when ambient temperature is that high all electronics can be more prone to overheat

Humidity and heat index not a big factor but black body absorption can also wreck havoc and make it hotter.  There is wisdom in those white lens.

Chips, package and flexible connectors all have different heat expansion coefficients that can caus all sorts of stress when cycling electronics between temperature extremes   Small is the worst form factor to temperature extremes and cycling.

Exercise and go big, size matters,LOL
