Recommendation for a Back-Up Camera Please

I'll be traveling to Pantanal in Brasil later this year. I want to take a back-up camera. I currently use the 7D Mark II. I also have access to an older 60D. However, I've always wanted to try out a full frame camera and wondering what suggestions you might have if my budget were in the $1,200 range (I have a "little" bit of flexibility there).

My primary interest is, of course, wildlife photography. I don't shoot "birds in flight" (except for very occasionally). Mostly stationary birds or slower moving animals. Obviously, I'm traveling to Pantanal to photograph jaguars, giant otters, anteaters, hyacinth macaws..etc..etc..

My current lenses include 100-400mm version II, Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8L IS, Canon 100mm Macro and for "all purpose" I have both the Canon 24-105 and a Tamron 24-70mm.

Anxious to read what suggestions you may have regarding a back-up camera.  Thank You.
