P600 "Clogging" Woes Continue- PC Inks

Previous thread where I had a VM only issue

Short answer remedy recapping below

Replaced VM with OEM cart, ran a bunch of magenta prints to no avail. Finally got good nozzle check after running adjustment program heavy cleaning. Printer worked well for a few days and printed a dozen 8x10 and one 13x19 print. All came out great with perfect nozzle checks. Ran Qimage purge program every 3 days to keep it clear.

Ordered fresh VM ink from PC, emptied cart and replaced with fresh PC ink topping off all carts with PC ink. I am sure OEM ink still in VM tubing since my printing didn't use a lot of VM.

So now about 1-1/2 weeks later the Problem is worse now!

I have blocked nozzles in most channels including VM. Tried cleaning from printer to no avail. Estimate 15% nozzles clogged now.

I shouldn't have to run an adjustment program deep clean to use my printer.

Weather has been super high humidity and temps inside up to mid 80's.

Extremely frustrating since every time I want to print the "effing" thing is clogged. My daughter had to go to CVS because we couldn't get a good print after 2 cleaning cycles.

Any more suggestions before I get my frustrations out with a sledge hammer (mildly exaggerating)

Do I have some air leak at the head drying out my ink at the heads?
