What protective spray?

Looking at doing some gatorboard mounting, and want to get something on the print surface that won't be too glossy. I've played with prints on Elmer's acid free foamboard, adhered with 3m Scotch photo mount and covered with Krylon UV resistant clear, which spits like mad and needs a heavy coating to dry smooth.

For the office, I'm thinking of doing the prints with the Pro-100, OEM ink, Canon Luster paper. So nothing too glossy, but not really matte.

Also have a box of Ilford Gold Fibre Silk I got relatively cheaply and haven't printed on yet. I'm reading the surface might be delicate.

The Moab, Hahnemule, and Premier sprays get mostly good reviews, but is that for dye or pigment inks, rc or fine art papers, and what about sprays from Inkpress, Marshall's, etc.
