Lenses for Lofoten (Norway)

Going to Lofoten and I'm trying to limit myself to two primes, three max. I have pretty much 20 to 180 mm covered to choose from.

I see myself mostly documenting our family on vacation, so instead of shooting whales, i'd probably shoot my family looking at whales, just as an example.

I still want to get the scenery and mountains etc in the pics so some width is needed. My 20 is a Sigma ART so it's a bulky lens, anyone think of a reason to take 20 instead of a 24 (ART also), which is a lot handier lens?

I'm currently thinking about 24, 50 and possibly a 180/2.8 just in case I need some reach for something I don't yet know.

I've thought about 35/105 combo also. Not sure if 35 is wide enough tho.
