The Sony's image quality is perhaps better than the Canon, but the user interface just isn't up to par with the Canon.
In terms of real-world camera utility, the Canon wins, hands-down.
I am more interested in the end result rather than playing around for a joy.
???
I don't get it either. The Sony works well for the OP. Great - go have fun with the Sony. But it's like you (OP) came to a Canon forum on a mission to convert all of us. Why?
Why?... it's a mystery to me too...
I think it’s clear , no?! I got disappointed again; although , by purchasing it I gave it a chance.
Min regard to the first part of your post - check my previous post as a reply .
P.S. I suggest you to write in more friendly and less sarcastic manner , even though your nickname is mouzhik *
*”Arguably the most popular Russian slang word for a man is muzhik. In Tsarist Russia, a muzhik was used only for the lower classes. Now, however, that derogatory connotation has been lost. If a Russian woman describes a man as a real muzhik, she means he is a reliable tough guy, financially well-off, and capable in bed.”

Thanks for visiting our humble little camera forum FoxShutter.
I think I can say on behalf of everyone that is has been a joy but if you have to write stuff like this it possibly time to go back to the Sony forum and talk specifications and lists of features and sensor stack technology or whatever passes for an interest in photography there.
Just keep on getting the latest and best gear and being one step ahead. Each to their own.
