Prime choices: 12mm, 15mm, 42.5mm?

I posted recently about buying the G85 and switching from E-M10 (mark 1?) with the excellent 12-40 PRO. Now that I'm switching up my gear, its time to look again at primes.

When I look at 2017 and my photos in Lightroom and I see the following:

39% of my shots 12-13mm with half the shots at f2.8

25% of my shots 15-17mm shots at all f-stops pretty even

15% of my shots 20-22mm at all f-stops pretty even

20% of my shots 40mm half the shots at f2.8

So with that said, I would prefer Panasonic lens to take advantage of DfD but I don't wanna pay double price for that feature.

I'm thinking 12mm Oly 2.0,  15mm Panasonic f1.7, 42.5 Panasonic f1.7.   I have the 25mm f1.4 but as you can see, that focal range is the least used by me.

I see alot of people go 12mm, 25mm, and 45mm.  Will buying 12mm and 15mm be too close in the range to justify the purchase of each?

People who have done this setup, how is it going?
