Really nice shots you are getting from this pocket rocket

Impressive detail at the 960mm end!!

I would suggest you avoid f8...diffraction territory...you will loose some fine detail .

These small sensored cameras excel at wide open apertures...stopping down for more detail doesn't work, as with the larger sensored D-SLR's...plus DOF , as you know, is already very deep, ever at wide end and largest aperture.

Really impressed by the Dragonfly shots...ISO 800..and still showing good detail..and at full telephoto !

I was tempted to buy this model...but chose the Panasonic ZS60 over it. Mainly due to being familiar with the ZS series, and some features...like 4K video, 4K photo...many assignable function buttons, control ring around lens and decent EVF.

Keep them coming.

Would love to see more of your shots with the SX730!!
