New to ZS200 / TZ202

I'm fighting a little bit with my new TZ202 ...

First, I have three questions:

A) Accidentally, I have activated a mode in which the four buttons around "Menu / Set" move the focus point. How do I get back the standard functions of these keys?

B) I took a picture of great crested grebes being feed in the water. The water in the foreground is in fokus, the birds are not. Which AF mode would you recommend for such photos?

C) How can I see what the camera focuses on? Each of my many other cameras had shown me the focal point - here I see nothing.

Thank you for a little help.
