D750 Service bad experience

Hi!

I created a thread a couple of months back regarding my D750 getting a darker top frame in all images. Here’s the link to that thread:

https://www.dpreview.com/forums/post/60990308

So I sent the camera to Nikon and it all went downhill from there.

The first time I sent them my camera the turn around time was two weeks and when I got it back I just found a pretty letter in the camerabox that basically said they didn’t find any issues with the camera.

I called them up and gave them photos as proof of the issue. They confirmed the issues and told me to send in the camera one more time, so I did.

Two weeks later I get the camera back and this time around they changed the shutter! Great I thought.. But the problem was still there and if that wasn’t enough, the info display in the viewfinder suddenly dimmed itself whenever I pointed the camera to a bright scene.

So I sent in the camera a third time and this time they changed the aperture mechanism.. Got back the camera yesterday, and both issues are still there and now there’s tons of debris inside the viewfinder glass..

Is this a joke? I can’t even sell the camera to get rid of it because it’s not even working properly

Here’s a link to the issue with the viewfinder info dimming itself. Can anyone with a D750 confirm that their viewfinder isn’t behaving this way?
