Godox V860ii question
Posted to the accessories talk forum because the title of this forum didn't seem appropriate, but, now I see there is much more flash equipment talk here....
I have one of these which seems to have a slight fault and I am not sure if it is worth worrying about.
It is the N version although I will only be using it wirelessly from an O transmitter.
The fault is it never thinks the head is tilted or rotated, there is never a little up arrow above the flash icon towards the left of the screen.
I don't think the manual makes any mention of this 'feature' and the only difference I have noticed is when the head is tilted and zoom is set to auto it shows --- rather than zoom distance in mm. When the zoom is adjusted from the transmitter the tube motors up and down the same.
Does this 'flash knows when head is tilted/rotated' feature actually do anything useful? Does it do something useful mounted on a Nikon body?
