Will a broken wireless lav mic (causing high pitch noise) damage a camera?

Hey guys,

Recently I was testing my friend's Saramonic Wireless Lav Mic (TX9+RX9). Apparently he complained that it was malfunctioning and constantly produced a very high pitch noise and picks up 0 sound even when blowing into the mic. Obviously claiming the mic was broken.

I plugged it into my camera (Sony A7iii) to test to see if what he said was true, and indeed it was. Now I'm just being paranoid that the high-pitch noise could've somehow damaged my newly bought camera?

Would greatly appreciate it if someone could take the time to clear my confusion/doubt.

Thank you so much!
