Re: K1 Mark II using Digital Camera Utility 5 aka Silkypix ?

I'm not sure of the current status of Lr and pixel shift on the K-1ii.

I do believe it supported PS on the K-1, but without motion compensation.

And I'm pretty sure that Lr doesn't support handheld PS, and may never.

But it does hand K-1ii DNGs just fine otherwise. I tend to use the upper dial to switch to exp brackets and then bring up shadows rather than trying to bring down highlights; the K-1ii is excellent at getting stuff out of the dark. So that's obviously a way to go.

I think that Rawtherapee might have current support for pixel shift in K-1ii images, see here for current info: https://www.pentaxforums.com/forums/32-digital-processing-software-printing/311176-squirrel-mafias-rawtherapee-thread-now-50-more-excellence-win-33.html

I find DCU just horrid  beyond words to use. Slow, clumsy, awful. But I do use it on occasion for motion correction, although I'm transitioning to the free Rawtherapee for that in the future.
