MacOS Mojave still support sOpenGL and OpenCL but Apple suggest to adopt Metal because OpenGL and OpenCL will not be updated forever. Yes, Apple is abandoning OpenGL and OpenCL instead of focusing on Metal. Not a good news.

Photoshop, C1P, and lightroom does not support Metal and Im not sure if Adobe and Phase One wanna adopt Metal API.

On the other hand, Mac computers will be much harder to play games since developers have to use Metal just for Mac system.

Im quite concern about Apple's decision. I even heard the rumor about using ARM processor for Mac after 2020.
